Minimum Order Quantities differ depending on the product and our factory partner. Our goal is to utilize our factory partner that’s the best fit for your project requirements.
Wiles Enterprises makes money on a markup on product costs. We add a small % of margin on product costs. We offer 1 complimentary quote. Any additional quotes require a one time set up fee. If a project requires and engineer or technical designer, there may be hourly or project based fees.
Yes, we setup, manage and handle shipping with our logistics partners and customs brokers.
Our factory partners have different payment terms but it’s usually 50% deposit up front and 50% before the product ships, after the quality check stage. You will pay Wiles Enterprises and Wiles enterprises pays the factory partners to prevent any challenges or international fees.
